2. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses external APIs (OpenAI, Replicate, Grok) to generate AI-based content (images, voice, text). You are solely responsible for any content you create and share using the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content.

You agree not to use AI-generated content to:

• Spread false or misleading information
• Generate offensive, hateful, or harmful material
• Violate the rights of others (including copyright and privacy)

3. User Data

We collect limited data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Anonymized analytics and crash reports via Firebase
• Email address (if you choose to provide it)
• User inputs used temporarily for AI generation

We do not sell your data or track you for advertising purposes.

4. Account and Email Communication

If you provide your email, you consent to receive occasional emails from us related to:

• Product updates
• Promotions or news
• Important service communications

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and trademarks used within the app and website, excluding AI-generated content, are owned by Zvenly or its licensors. You may not use our branding, logo, or UI elements without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zvenly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or AI-generated content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or website. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
